MTN South Africa part-ways with its corporate affairs officer

MTN South Africa has parted ways with Jacqui O’Sullivan, chief sustainability and corporate affairs officer.

The mobile operator’s CEO Charles Molapisi shared the memo with staff that O’Sullivan has resigned from the company.

“After six years with MTN SA, our Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, Jacqui O’Sullivan, has made the decision to leave MTN to explore new opportunities,” Molapisi stated.

“During her time with us, Jacqui has made a significant contribution to growing and enhancing the reputation of MTN SA.”

Molapisi acknowledged O’Sullivan’s hard work and her contribution to the company, he also mentioned that she will officially leave the company end of February.

“Jacqui has built a highly competent team that is well placed to continue supporting the business in the very professional manner to which we have become accustomed,” he said. “In line with our executive notice period, Jacqui will exit MTN SA at the end of February and will be available to MTN until the end of June 2024.”
