Honda cars will carry Google’s Android Automative OS in 2022 – Now you can listen podcast in your car 

Google’s Android Auto experience, the company’s Automotive OS is coming to a number of cars in 2022 and beyond starting with Honda vehicles. 

The new feature enable drivers to run a tethered connection between their smartphone and their vehicle’s stereo system to play music and listen a podcast from the device. It will also allow maps navigation and directions be read aloud and take calls through the sound system. 

According to Engadget and TechCrunch reports that in the last six years, both Android Auto and the infotainment systems they operate on have gotten a whole lot smarter.

Google promised to introduce and rollout more features and capabilities to drivers, whether they run Android Auto on their phones or directly through their cars. The company introduced its Android Auto app in 2015, since then its been killing the game and making sure drivers or users enjoy their driving experience.
