The past three days have revealed more grim details about the collapse of one of the world’s biggest crypto exchanges.
NBA legend and businessman Shaquille O’Neal, a known spokesman for FTX had some harsh words for the industry as a whole.
“A lot of people think I’m involved, but I was just a paid spokesperson for a commercial,” O’Neal said.
Shaq made it clear that he was just a celebrity doing an ad and that he doesn’t believe in crypto at all.
Food for thought: Even celebrities want to make a quick buck – never buy a product or service just because your favorite celebrity is promoting it.
