Is this sour grapes or what, Twitter formers staff members are not going down without and fight. They’re out in arms to claim what belong to them.
Twitter’s former CEO Parag Agrawal and other staff members that include ex-legal head Vijaya Gadde and ex-CFO Ned Segal are suing the social media over unpaid legal fees.
According to media reports, he formers Twitter staff member file a legal lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court.
They alleged that Twitter has to pay more than $1 million to the former executives for legal bills they incurred while at the company to respond to requests by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.
“This action seeks an expedited ruling requiring Defendant to comply with its obligations to advance legal fees and expenses relating to ongoing litigation and investigations,” the lawsuit says.
The social media platform and its CEO are yet to respond to the lawsuit, for now we just have to wait and see what happens.
