Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced Macron Sport as new official technical partner

Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced sports brand Macron Sport as the new official technical partner to CSA, it replaces Lotto sports wear.

The new partnership will run for the next five-years that affords the Italian brand exclusive rights to manufacture playing and training kits for the Proteas Men’s, Proteas Women’s, and development teams.

According to CSA the agreement also covers the production of fan merchandise and CSA staff apparel.

The Proteas Men will debut the newly designed kit at the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy, set to take place in Pakistan and the UAE from 19 February to 9 March 2025.

The newly styled One-Day International (ODI) shirt features thin black, red and blue lines, complemented by yellow vertical stripes along the sides. Crafted from Eco Gotex, a polyester material made entirely from recycled plastic, the garments incorporate an Eco Micromesh panel at the back and Eco Mesh inserts for reduced weight and enhanced breathability.
