M+C Saatchi Partners with football legend Jamie Redknapp to launch new Sports Agency

M+C Saatchi Football has launched with the long-term vision of redefining the future of player representation.

The agency is founded by former England and Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp, with his long-term management company M+C Saatchi Talent Group and friend, former player and renowned sports lawyer Udo Onwere of leading London law firm Bray & Krais.

The agency will specialise in end-to-end management, combining best in class on and off field representation. Each client will receive the full weight of the founders combined experience, expertise, strategic career building, legal guidance and personal mentorship.

“I’ve worked with M+C Saatchi Talent for 20 years, so I know how much care and commitment they put into everything. Football’s given me a lot, and now I’m looking forward to giving something back – helping young players find their way with the right support from the start. With M+C Saatchi’s world class reputation, experience and global reach, we’re building something really exciting,” said Jamie Redknapp.

“Giving legal advice to professional athletes is something I have done for a long time, so teaming up with Jamie and M+C Saatchi was a natural progression for me and my firm,” said Udo Onwere, partner, Bray & Krais Solicitors.

M+C Saatchi Talent Group has built its name on trust and long-term relationships with personalised career strategies. That belief and foundation sparked the creation of M+C Saatchi Football as a response to a need in the sporting world, built to offer athletes and their families the same standard of trust, mentorship, and nurturing support both on and off the pitch.

“M+C Saatchi Talent has always been about representing excellence and shaping careers with purpose. Partnering with Jamie to launch our football division is not only a testament to our longstanding relationship but also to our shared vision and values. He brings not just credibility and experience, but a genuine passion for mentorship. We’re committed to guiding the next wave of footballing talent with integrity, ambition, and providing a unique offering of career management,” said Katie Lydon, managing director of broadcast and football.
