After two years of sabbatical due to Covid-19, the much-loved tech event in the African continent is making a comeback at Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), South Africa.
The event is set to take place on 7-11 November 2011. This year’s theme is ‘The Home of AfricaCom and AfricaTech, Uniting Business and Technology To Create a Better, More Inclusive Digital World’.
Africa Tech Fest connect business leaders, policymakers and experts across all sectors of the technology industry, including connectivity and communications, enterprise digital transformation, ICT policy, broadcasting and digital media under one roof.
“Two years ago, the world turned upside down. Technology became less about ‘the future’ and more an integral part of the present. As life moved online, our job of connecting the continent’s innovators and change-makers evolved to ensure you could continue doing what you do best – delivering on the promise of a better, more inclusive digital Africa,” reads the Africa tech fest’s website.
The festival is a celebration of Africa’s vibrant, diverse community of technology champions, and is designed to inspire a better, more inclusive digital world.
