Prof Rosina Mamokgethi Phakeng aka FabAcademic announced that she partnered with financial institution, Nedbank on her new YouTube/Podcast series which she launched not long ago.
According to Prof Phakeng, her fans and followers can expect a lot of content around financial education, wellness and more prizes giveaway.
“Excited to announce that I will be partnering with @Nedbank on my new YouTube channel. We will be discussing everything money and I want the content to be relatable, engaging, fun, yet insightful. There will be competitions and amazing prizes up for grabs to test your understanding. I need ideas, what would you like to learn about money? What financial literacy topics interest you?“, said Prof in a social media post.
Since Prof made the announcements on social media, she’s getting a lot of positive vibrations from her tribe and community. One of the social media post reads: “Congratulations ma. Nedbank did put money on the right horse. They will definitely be getting a good return with your reach. How to retire rich in an inflationary economy will help the community as many retirees are struggling financially.”
The partnership is a great move for both parties, this can be a vehicle for the bank to access university students and give them loans to further their studies and be financial independent.
