If this fight between Trump and Ramaphosa is making you a racist, if this spat between AfriForum and the ANC, MK or EFF is making you hate one another, if the involvement of Elon Musk is pushing you over the edge on racism, then I have some news for you.
You are, and you were, a vile racist before any of this even happened. You (White or Black) have simply seized this opportunity to show your true colours. We are one people. South Africans.
We may have different opinions, we may disagree, strongly on things, individually or collectively, but if hate and racism is your go-to solution, you are no more than a sick, bottom-feeder. And not a patriot.
We have a crisis between SA and the USA we urgently need to solve – in an intelligent and construction manner. Name calling, own goals, arrogance, racism and obstinacy won’t solve anything. It will break us even further.
