Binance US appoints former PayPay executive as chief financial officer [CFO]

Binance US has appointed Jasmine Lee as a chief financial officer [CFO]. 

The crypto exchange platform finally got its person after nine months of searching. Before going to the organisation, Lee worked at Acorns and PayPal as CFO and chief operating officer [COO]. 

Brian Shroder, Binance US chief executive officer [CEO] expressed his excitement about Lee joining the crypto exchange. 

“Jasmine is a rare talent who possesses more than 20 years of deep knowledge in both fintech and high growth startup environments.”

“Her experience at Paypal, a public Fortune 500 company, in particular, will be invaluable as we chart our path to an IPO in the coming years,” Shroder adds. 

Lee will work very close with Shroder, who was promoted from president to CEO at Binance.US last October and has been focused on gearing up to take the company public since he took the top role.
