PODCAST | Empower Hospitality rebrand Gallagher Hotel and Morning Star Hotel into INANI Hotels

A South African leading hotel group, Empower Hospitality announced the rebranding of its two hotel properties Gallagher Hotel, Midrand and Morning Star Express Hotel, Pretoria into INANI Hotels. 

The rebranding for the hotel group is something that should have happened three years ago, unfortunately due to covid 19 pandemic they had to put the plans on hold.  

According to the company, the rebranding its part of its efforts to provide its customers with exceptional experience that reflects the company’s commitment to deliver value and quality.

“We are happy to announce that today is the official launch of Inani Hotels – Gallagher. We are excited to welcome back our regular guests whilst hosting new guests. Come for a coffee, meal or sundowner, we are so excited to share our new look and feel with you,” said the hotel group in a social media post. 

As part of the rebranding and new look and feel, the hotel group also launched a new and refreshed logo with striking on your face dark blue and gold colours and a new website with a range of services.  

Speaking to TechDailyPost on Friday, Mr Phillip Lategan, Founder and CEO of Empower Hospitality said, “The name change and soft refurbishment is part of our strategy to enable us to expand upon our services, accomplish local growth objectives, and to establish an identifiable Hotel brand in South Africa that is synonymous with great value for money.” 

“We will of course continue to provide product and service offerings that entertain and delight our guests as we progress through this huge undertaking,” adds Mr Lategan. 

He concludes, “As a business owner my goals include to expand the portfolio of properties we manage, sustainable job creation and to create a hotel brand that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality and service delivery.” 

 

During the launch Rethabile Mohlala had an opportunity to sit down and interview Mr Lategan in a podcast. During the interview, he shared his big vision for the parent company, INANI Hotels, the early days in business, plans for expansion of the hotel group across the country, creating more jobs and giving back to South African communities and much more.
